SFC was founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 1993 as a mechanical and electrical contractor specialising in HVAC. In 2005 we moved into real estate investment and asset management, and gradually stepped back from contracting.
Since 2007 we have operated SFC Building in District 1, and in 2024 we opened a hospitality investment line. That experience gives us a practical understanding of how buildings are built, run and kept valuable.
