We have operated SFC Building in District 1 since 2007. That experience shows in how we run a building: engineering-led maintenance and M&E systems managed to keep operating costs low, while tenants get dependable service.
For owners and investors, we take responsibility for how an asset performs, including assets that day-to-day operators run. We set the leasing strategy, monitor results and decide when an asset needs repositioning.
We develop both renovation and greenfield projects. Our engineering background means design and construction decisions are tested against how the building will actually be run.
